You’ll be an integral part of our team, helping patients maintain their smiles and health through care, education, and support. Your day-to-day work will focus on:
- Performing dental cleanings, scaling, polishing, and root planning.
- Taking and utilizing dental radiographs.
- Applying preventive treatments like fluoride varnish and sealants.
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and building long-term healthy habits.
- Collaborating with dentists to create treatment plans and ensure high-quality care.
- Maintaining detailed patient records and following strict infection control procedures.

Is a Dental Hygienist Position at Smile Designers right for You?

- An active Minnesota dental hygienist license and graduation from a CODA-accredited hygiene program.
- Current CPR certification (BLS) and completion of Minnesota’s Jurisprudence Examination.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to educate and connect with patients.
- Experience with Eaglesoft or digital scanning (preferred, but not required).
